How can I place an order?
Placing an order with Light My Home is easy, just follow these three steps:
-1. Click the 'Add to basket' button next to the product(s) you wish to purchase.
-2. When you have chosen your item(s) click the 'Checkout now' button to complete your order.
-3. Next enter your personal information and payment details to submit your order through our secure payment system.
Do Light My Home's prices include VAT?
All prices on the Light My Home website are inclusive of VAT at 15%.
How safe is it to give my credit card details online?
Shopping with Light My Home is very safe because your payment is taken through Protx, our secure payment software. Your card details are encrypted so they can be securely transmitted over the internet. For extra security, Light My Home never receive your full card details- only the last four digits for identification purposes. Light My Home also perform a number of checks to ensure no fraudulent orders are placed with stolen credit card details.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron. Special arrangements can be made if you wish to pay by cheque however goods will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared.
What units are the product dimensions measured in?
All product dimensions on the Light My Home website are measured in centimetres (cm) unless otherwise stated.
I live in the Scottish Highlands, will you deliver to me?
Yes, Light My Home will deliver all over the UK however additional delivery charges do apply as follows:
All orders to England and Wales including the Isle of Wight and the Scilly Isles totalling £100 or more are sent free of charge. Orders totalling less than £100 will be charged a delivery fee of £9.90
Delivery charges to elsewhere in the UK and EIRE are listed below:
- Scottish mainland - £12.50
- Scottish highlands and Northern Ireland - £25
- EIRE, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Offshore Islands - £47
- Orkney and the Shetland Islands - £39
What if my delivery contains damaged goods?
This rarely happens however sometimes minor damage can occur during shipping. If this does happen please contact us immediately on 01254 266019 where arrangements can be made for a replacement.
I've seen a table lamp in a high street store and wondered if you could source it for me for less?
