How do I place an order?
Placing an order with lightmyhome.co.uk is couldn't be easier, just follow these steps:
1. Click the 'Add to basket' button next to the product(s) you wish to purchase.
2. When you have chosen your item(s) click the 'Checkout now' button to complete your order.
3. Next enter your personal information and payment details to submit your order through our secure payment system.

Do lightmyhome.co.uk's prices include VAT?
All prices on the Light My Home website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
How safe is it to give my credit card details online?
Shopping with lightmyhome.co.uk is very safe because your payment is taken through Sage Pay, our secure payment software. Your card details are encrypted so they can be securely transmitted over the internet. For extra security, lightmyhome.co.uk never receive your full card details (only the last four digits for identification purposes). lightmyhome.co.uk also perform a number of checks in conjunction with your bank to ensure no fraudulent orders are placed with stolen credit card details.
What methods of payment do you accept?
lightmyhome.co.uk accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron. Special arrangements can be made if you wish to pay by cheque however goods will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared and cheque orders must be placed by phone.
What units are the product dimensions measured in?
All product dimensions on lightmyhome.co.uk are measured in centimetres (cm) unless otherwise stated.
I live in the Scottish Highlands, will you deliver to me?
All orders to England & Wales totalling £50 or more are delivered free of charge. Orders totalling less than £50 will be charged a flat rate delivery fee of £9.00
Delivery charges to elsewhere in the UK and EIRE are listed below:
- Scottish mainland - £12.50
- Scottish highlands & Northern Ireland - £25.00
- EIRE, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Offshore Islands - £47.00
- Orkney and the Shetland Islands - £39.00
What if my delivery contains damaged goods?
Our logistic & warehouse teams take the utmost care to ensure your pieces arrive in exactly condition they were intended. Should this not happen, please contact us immediately on 01254 266019 so we can make arrangements to replace your damaged items as soon as possible.
I've seen a table lamp in a high street store and wondered if you could source it for me for less?
